Below are two separate rate cards: one for exports from our US warehouse and another for exports from our Singapore warehouse to the listed countries.

Please note:

  1. Export service rates are estimates and may change based on local taxes, duties, customs clearance, brokerage fees, and contractor costs at the time of shipment. Some locations may require product registration with additional licenses/permits, which may incur additional fees and processing times quoted at shipment.

  2. Firstbase only exports new, unopened laptops in original packaging that meet international customs clearance criteria under the Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS). These rates apply to the vast majority of laptop models. If equipment does not qualify, Firstbase reserves the right to return it at the customer’s expense.

  3. Below rates apply to orders with a declared value up to $20,000 USD. For shipments exceeding this value, email [email protected] for a custom quote. Otherwise, quotes are optional for placing orders but available upon request.

  4. Exclusions: The following regions are not supported for export service. This list is non exhaustive and there may be additional regions not listed here that we are unable to support.
