Firstbase will charge based on the terms outlined in Customer’s Agreement. For the purposes of determining consumption against committed Service Actions, Firstbase will convert such pricing from the Local Currency to the Base Currency, as applicable, by applying the +/-0% interbank foreign exchange rate(s) for the last business day of the relevant period as reported by a public source designated by Firstbase. Service Action Fees do not include fees such as restocking fees, cancellation fees, or fees or costs due at termination.
