Firstbase will charge based on the terms outlined in Customer’s Agreement. For the purposes of determining consumption against committed Service Actions, Firstbase will convert such pricing from the Local Currency to the Base Currency, as applicable, by applying the +/-0% interbank foreign exchange rate(s) for the last business day of the relevant period as reported by a public source designated by Firstbase. Service Action Fees do not include fees such as restocking fees, cancellation fees, or fees or costs due at termination.

• Standard Order: Onboarding and general one-off orders that are not lightweight
• Lightweight Order: Orders consisting of any equipment other than computers, tablets, phones, monitors, chairs and desks (i.e., peripherals)
• Standard Return: Offboarding and one-off returns of equipment that may be redeployed
• ITAD Return: Offboarding and one-off returns of equipment set to be recycled, destroyed, and/or repurposed
• Replacements/retrievals are the return of one asset and order of another:
  • A standard replacement consists of a standard order plus a standard return (i.e., scheduled computer upgrade)
  • An expedited replacement consists of an expedited order plus a standard return (i.e., broken computer)
