Introduction
This Acceptable Use Policy (the "Policy") outlines the terms and conditions governing the use of the services provided by Firstbase ("the Company"), including its Platform Service and related equipment and logistics services. By accessing, ordering or using any services provided by the Company, you agree to comply with this Policy. Capitalized terms have the meaning stated in the applicable Master Services Agreement or the Firstbase Policies unless otherwise defined.
Acceptable Use
1. Prohibited Conduct In General:
- Users must not engage in unauthorized access or tampering with systems or data
- Users must not engage in distribution of malicious software, viruses, or other harmful content.
- Users must not engage in any illegal or unethical activities that violate laws or infringe on the rights of others.
2. Platform Service:
- Users are expected to use the platform for authorized purposes only.
- Users must not engage in any unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, defamatory, harassing, abusive or otherwise objectionable activities while using the Company's services. This includes but is not limited to actions that violate local, state, federal, or international laws and regulations.
- Any attempt to interfere with the integrity or performance of the Company's services, including but not limited to hacking, distributing malware, or unauthorized access to systems or data, is strictly prohibited.
- Users must not attempt to access, use, or interact with any data, accounts, or systems for which they do not have explicit authorization.
- Sending unsolicited messages, promotional materials, or any form of spam through the Company's services is prohibited.
- Users must respect intellectual property rights and not use the services to infringe upon copyrights, trademarks, patents, or other proprietary rights.
- Users must not engage in impersonation or misrepresentation of their identity or affiliation while using the services.
- Users must not sell to, exchange with, share with or distribute to a third party personal information, including the email addresses of any person without such person's knowing and continued consent to such disclosure.
